Jeremy King is an American actor, comedian, producer, and writer. He began his acting journey in school plays and community theater, sparked by a lead role in a fourth-grade production of Hernando De Soto. Alongside acting, King played football for 12 years up to his sophomore year in college, excelling on defense as an outside linebacker and defensive end, earning multiple awards and the nickname "King of Pain." Born near Chicago, Illinois, to Donald and Marcy King, he grew up with two older brothers and a younger sister, with Irish, English, Polish, and Italian heritage. At age 10, his family relocated to Palm Harbor, Florida. While attending the University of South Florida, Jeremy studied theater and earned a B.A. in Communication with a psychology minor. After initial success in stand-up comedy and a brief stint as a radio DJ, he decided to focus on acting in film and television. Over several years, he honed his craft through independent films and trained in Meisner technique at Art’s Sake Studio with Yvonne Suhor, and improv comedy at S.A.K. University. Additionally, he expanded his skill set by studying martial arts (Karate and Kung-Fu), stage combat, weapons training, and stunt driving, skills that have been featured in his films. King has appeared in over 40 films, spanning genres such as action, drama, western, horror, and comedy—his favorite. Notable credits include Pirates of the Caribbean III: On Stranger Tides, The Pale Door, Sinister Seduction, and Camera Obscura. Recently, he gained a cult following for his role as "Rad Chad Buckley" in the comedy horror Scare Package, portraying a lonely horror enthusiast managing a struggling video store and mentoring a new employee through horror clichés and tropes in humorous vignettes. Currently, Jeremy is working with Paperstreet Pictures on Scare Package 2: Rad Chad’s Revenge and is featured alongside Vince Vaughn, Natalie Martinez, and Michelle Monaghan in the Apple TV+ series Bad Monkey.
