Jonathan Kowalsky, originally from Long Island, NY, pursued theatre studies at Florida State University. After earning his degree, he relocated to Los Angeles to advance his acting career. A dedicated athlete, Jonathan wrestled from a young age, captained his high school wrestling team, and competed on FSU's wrestling team.
Upon arriving in Los Angeles, Jonathan built his career from the ground up through commitment and disciplined effort. Over several years, his resume grew, moving from co-starring roles on various TV shows to guest and recurring appearances on major television series. He became a versatile actor, regularly appearing in indie films, commercials, and TV productions.
In 2010, Jonathan was cast as "Mikey" on FX's Justified, a role that significantly elevated his career. He appeared on the show for five seasons, collaborating with top actors, directors, and writers in Hollywood. This experience opened doors to other projects, including a role in the studio film American Sniper, directed by Clint Eastwood.
Alongside acting, Jonathan has a passion for martial arts, having competed in MMA and submission grappling. He earned his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2014. Now married with two children, Jonathan continues to pursue new opportunities, honing his skills through acting classes and martial arts training while cherishing time with his family.
