Diego Schoening began his career in the music group Timbiriche in 1981, remaining with the band from its inception until it disbanded in 1994. During his time with Timbiriche, he recorded 19 albums. He also acted in soap operas such as "Acompáñame" (1977), "Nosotras las Mujeres" (1981), "La Pasión de Isabela" (1984), "Angélica" (1985), "Muchachitas" (1991), "Agujetas de Color de Rosa" (1994), "Confidente de Secundaria" (1996), and "Soñadoras" (1998). Additionally, he appeared in episodes of "Mujer, Casos de la Vida Real" and starred in the film "Embrujo del Rock." Schoening also hosted television shows including "Nuevas Tardes," "Hoy 100% Mujer," and "Súper Sábado." In 1998, he reunited with former Timbiriche members Paulina Rubio, Alix Bauer, Erik Rubín, Sasha Sokol, Mariana Garza, and Benny Ibarra. By 1999, he released his debut solo album, "Voy a Mí." In 2007, he rejoined Timbiriche to celebrate the group's 25th anniversary. He released his second album, "Lo Que Soy," in 2009.
