Patrick Painter was raised in Long Beach, California, and earned his G.E.D. at Woodrow Wilson High School. He spent one semester at Long Beach City College before transferring to Loyola Marymount's Theater Arts program, which led him to London after being accepted into the exchange program at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. However, Painter eventually left the school. After some time, he returned to acting, boasting a notable credit: Ed Wood's final script, "I Woke Up Early the Day I Died.
