Elena Stepanenko, Honored Artist of Russia (1995), dreamed of becoming an actress from early childhood. From the age of three, she sang, danced, recited poems, and took part in amateur performances. After finishing school, she spent a year studying at the School of Arts. In 1972, she moved to Moscow and enrolled in GITIS, specializing in musical theater acting. Since 1979, she has performed at major concert venues across Moscow and other cities in Russia. In 1985, she earned the title of laureate at the All-Russian Competition of Artists of Humorous Genres, presenting a variety of unique, artistic, and original acts, including parodies of the Blue Light show (by M. Zadornov and A. Khait), the monologue "Nuclear Button" (M. Zadornov), "The Ideal Woman" (M. Zadornov), "Women Who Sing" (G. Terikov), among others. In 2001, she released a solo program featuring monologues by renowned authors such as Mikhail Zadornov and Lyon Izmailov. Alongside her theatrical performances, Elena Stepanenko has toured extensively and, since 2001, has hosted her own television programs, including "Kyshkin House" and others.
