Originally from Baltimore, MD, Tad made his way to Hollywood shortly after graduating from the University of Florida. Tad Started in production as an Assistant Director on the Craig T Nelson led film All Over Again, then onto an assistant position at the commercial talent agency Commercials Unlimited. A short time later Tad moved over to powerhouse agency International Creative Management(acquired by CAA), where he began a 14 year run as a senior talent agent. Tad worked in a diverse set of areas including Film, TV, commercials, music, IP, consumer products and corporate consulting.
In 2014 Tad started his own company Neon Cowboy that acts as a production company and consulting operation. Having an eye for storytelling and talent to go along with the business acumen to develop sophisticated growth strategies, Tad has managed to work with elite talent and IP as a Producer, while helping some of the most interesting media and media technology companies develop their pathway to transformative growth.
