Born in Requena (Valencia, Spain) in 1965, this multifaceted entertainer began his career early on at the local radio station Radio Requena as a newsreader and host.
Soon after, he joined Spanish National Radio and later Onda Cero, a nationwide Spanish radio station. There, he worked as a writer and host on various programs. He also appeared on local TV Canal Nou as a presenter for a cinema-related show.
In 1993, he took part in a music festival as the composer of the winning song, "Saber Amigos."
Since 1994, he has been involved in multiple media roles. He has written columns for the local edition of a national newspaper, managed scripts for TV shows, and participated in theater both as an actor and playwright.
Three years ago, he joined M80 Radio (Spain) with his team, with whom he has written several plays and TV scripts, to host a daily morning radio show on weekdays. This program, which he continues to present, is called "No Somos Nadie" (We Are Nothing), a title reflecting a humorous contrast to the highly successful previous show on M80 Radio. The show has been a hit from the start and has been renewed for two years. Its concept is to humorously analyze the world through newsreading, interviews, magazine commentary, jokes, music, and, above all, humor.
A month ago, he began hosting a weekly TV show titled "El Hormiguero" (The Anthill) with his team. The show follows a similar style to the radio program and features special effects. He added new elements to the show, including two small furry ants who assist in presenting and add humor.
Additionally, every Friday afternoon, he contributes to the TV show Channel nº4 on Cuatro TV (Spain), bringing one of the most popular segments from his radio show, "deaf moments." This segment highlights amusing misheard messages in songs sung in English or other languages, even when the lyrics say something different.
Besides all this, he occasionally participates in film projects as a writer, sometimes collaborating with his team.
