Carey Rose O'Connell is a producer and production professional based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with credits as an Executive Producer, Line Producer, and Production Supervisor. She brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate management, brand marketing, and communications to the film and television industry.
In 2017, O'Connell founded RoseBrand Consultation Services, providing marketing, training, and analytical support to non-profits, small businesses, and independent brand owners. In 2022, she shifted her focus to film and media, founding AFMI Productions, a commercial and creative production company that supports independent filmmakers and content creators through project packaging, distribution strategy, and investor relations.
O'Connell also serves as EVP of Digital Marketing, Logistics & Planning and Acquisitions Consultant for Disrupt Entertainment, and founded The Incubator, a tuition-free producer training program supporting workforce development for New Mexico's independent film sector.
She continues to work at the intersection of production, marketing, and industry development, helping build a sustainable film and media ecosystem in the Southwest.
