Jingle Jared Gutstadt is the CEO and founder of Rebel Audio and Audio Up, and the former founder and CEO of Jingle Punks. He is a writer, producer, content creator, and inventor, having developed the Jingle Player technology that underpinned his previous business, holding multiple patents related to music discovery. His newest venture, Rebel Audio, is an AI-powered platform that streamlines podcast creation, distribution, and promotion. Collaborating with renowned TV producer Mark Burnett and creator Mike Majlak, Gutstadt’s Rebel Audio is set to make a significant impact.
His debut podcast, Bear and a Banjo, was a groundbreaking force in the podcasting world and was recognized by Variety as one of the best music podcasts of 2019. Fast Company praised it as one of the most innovative concepts in advertising.
As a music producer and songwriter, Jared has worked with multiple Grammy Award winner Jason "Poo Bear" Boyd, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley, Bob Dylan, Lil Wayne, Steven Tyler, Trippie Redd, Machine Gun Kelly, 24kGoldn, T Bone Burnett, Nicky Jam, and DJ Khaled.
He is a two-time Emmy nominee and three-time Cannes Lions award winner, ranked among ASCAP’s most frequently synced TV composers, and is one of the most decorated musicians in television and film. Jared founded Audio Up as a premium entertainment content ecosystem within the music and audio industry. This includes fictional scripted podcasts, featuring musicals where the songs serve as the story’s core, as well as candid interview series. Audio Up aims to develop innovative intellectual property in new formats.
In 2020, Jared Gutstadt joined NYU Tisch as Chief Collaborator-in-Residence, guiding students to collaborate across disciplines and create disruptive, real-world products.
Since launching in 2009, Jingle Punks transformed the commercial music industry by establishing innovative partnerships, pioneering new styles in custom composition, and developing proprietary, patent-pending technology that became a model for the industry. Today, Jingle Punks stands as the largest independent music publisher in film and TV, employing over 60 people and fostering a modern Tin Pan Alley for a new generation of composers seeking to leave their mark.
