Will Falize is a Dutch filmmaker, cinematographer, and founder of the production company Voxpop. With more than two decades of experience in the media world, he has developed a raw and authentic style that blends intimate storytelling with striking visual imagery. His work often explores themes of family, identity, and intergenerational trauma, rooted in his own Sinti background.
Falize gained recognition with the two-part documentary series Mijn Vader de Hasjkoning (My Father the Hash King, 2022), which examined the criminal past of his father and its impact on their relationship. The series became part of an educational program in the Netherlands addressing crime and vulnerability among young people.
