Isabella Motter, professionally known as Belle Motter, is an American filmmaker, director, writer, and multidisciplinary artist working across film and digital media. She is also known online under the moniker "fearpuff." Raised in the small town of Pineway, Colorado, Motter began her creative career in game development, attending a technical trade program during high school where she served as a lead developer, director, and artist on student-produced games. She later studied film at the University of Colorado Boulder before transferring to Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, where she majored in directing and worked professionally as an editor. Motter’s work frequently explores psychological tension, dark humor, and heightened visual aesthetics. Drawing from her background in illustration and interactive media, she continues to develop narrative-driven film and multimedia projects.
