Mohamed Goda, an Egyptian director and producer, hails from a renowned musical lineage—his grandfather, Maestro Goda Abdel Ghaffar, collaborated with iconic Arab artists like Oum Kalthoum, Abdel Halim Hafez, and Farid El Atrash. He attended Victoria College in Alexandria and earned a Business Administration degree from Alexandria University.
While in Alexandria, Goda co-founded the music group Y-Crew before pursuing a solo career with the track "Welcome in Alexandria." This song was featured in the award-winning film Microphone, in which Goda also appeared under his stage name "Nosair." This on-screen experience sparked his deepening passion for filmmaking.
Goda later moved to Switzerland, where he worked at RadioX hosting the Arabic show ArabX and co-founded the Embassy of Emesa, an organization promoting cross-cultural projects in music, art, and film. Upon returning to Egypt, he founded GODA Productions in Cairo, a company focused on producing shows and films for the entertainment industry, streaming services, and networks.
