Xenia Tchoumi (born Xenia Tchoumitcheva) is a Swiss-Italian entrepreneur, international media personality, keynote speaker and author. Originally from Lugano, in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, she is based between London and the Dominican Republic and speaks six languages fluently: Italian, English, French, German, Russian, as well as Spanish.
A public figure in Europe since her teens, she placed second in the Miss Switzerland pageant in 2006. After earning a bachelor's degree in economics from the Università della Svizzera italiana, she gained experience in finance at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Chase before leaving finance to build her own digital media business.
She trained in acting at the New York Film Academy and has appeared on screen in both Hollywood and French productions, as well as in commercials and music videos. On television, she hosted "L'Italia Che Funziona," a show about brands in Italy, and the French-language business interview series "La Recette de Mon Succès." She starred in the French TV series On n'est pas couché (2006); she also starred in Gabriela Tagliavini's film Without Men (2011).
She has since grown an online community of more than 10 million people and partnered with global brands including Dior, LVMH, Bulgari, Versace, IWC Schaffhausen, L'Oréal Paris, American Express, Rolls-Royce, Google and Samsung. She has written columns for publications including Bilan, Schweizer Monat, Corriere del Ticino, Haute Living and Le Grand Mag, delivered four TEDx talks, and spoken for the United Nations and the Swiss Economic Forum. She is the author of "Empower Yourself" (2020), distributed by Penguin Random House, and the founder of the brand consultancy Tchoumi Consulting.
