Guillermo started acting at age 11. Born in Bilbao to an English father and a Spanish-Irish mother, he now resides in London. He has extensive experience in both theatre and film. His first role was in a double feature with Dudley Sutton for Art Angel, directed by Lu Kemp, in the experimental production 'Have Your Circumstances Changed?' His theatre debut came in Rupert Goold's 'Medea' at The Almeida Theatre. Since then, he has portrayed lead roles such as Charlie in Sam Mendes' 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Adrian Mole in Luke Sheppard's 'The Diary of Adrian Mole' at the Menier Chocolate Factory, and Young Louis Braille in 'The Braille Legacy' at Charing Cross Theatre, directed by Tom Southerland. In 2018, he starred as Alexander at The Old Vic in a new adaptation of 'Fanny and Alexander' by Stephen Beresford, directed by Max Webster.
In film, Guillermo played Hilary Tolkien in 'Tolkien,' directed by Dome Karukoski, and Geoff Dwight in 'Rocketman,' directed by Dexter Fletcher. Additionally, he led the film 'Animal/Humano' as Matteo for Pecado Films, written and directed by Alessandro Pugno.
On television, he portrayed Seb in Rufus Jones' series 'Home' for Channel X and Alfred in 'Bleak House Guest,' directed by Robert Delamere. He also completed a Christmas special podcast for Story Glass/Fremantle titled 'Baby It's Cold Outside,' directed by Virginia Gilbert. He appeared as Eric in 'Vis A Vis El Oasis' for Globomedia and Netflix, played Tom in seasons one and two of 'The Outlaws' for BBC and Amazon Prime alongside Christopher Walken and Stephen Merchant, and recently took on the role of Fernando in 'Perverso,' produced by Amazon Prime and Onza, directed by Gustavo Ron and Federico Untermann.
