I am a director, television editor and photographer who fell in love with all genres of the image.
I studied communication at the Budapest Metropolitan University. I started my television career during my studies at Hungarian Television. Based on my own idea, I shot a mini-series with the main stage Hungarian performers of the Island Festival. I was a reporter and a senior editor, but directing has always been the closest to me. I filmed a commemorative program on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the 1956 revolution, I visited Birobidjan to shoot a documentary about the capital of the Jewish Autonomous Territory. My first full-length direction is our documentary entitled Wonderful Gladiators, which was made for HBO. The film presents the work of the Baltazár Theatre, the only official Hungarian theater company where mentally disabled actors work. I received the Pál Schiffer award for the film at the 42nd Hungarian Film Festival.
I shot nearly 50 advertisements and foundation films for social purposes, I made a photo series for the Rock a racism campaign. In it, well-known Hungarian musicians covered their private parts but stood naked in front of our cameras. In 2012, I produced a mini-series about Hungarian NB1 soccer players for Sport2. From 2012, I worked as a director in Borbás Marcsi's Gastro TV show, Gastroangyal. In 2016, I made the Ráckeve city image film. Since 2020, I have been working again in television programs as an editor. I'm the permanent editor of Adom napom (Viasat), one of the editors of the series The Jump (RTL) and The Floor [RTL]. I was the first assistant director of the documentary A Nemzet aranyai (The Golden Legends) (2023), which summarizes the career of the three-time Olympic champion team (Tibor Benedek, Péter Biros, Tamás Kásás, Gergely Kiss, Tamás Molnár, Zoltán Szécsi) led by the legendary Dénes Kemény, directed by Tamás Zákonyi S.
