Yana L. Delho is a movie director, and screenwriter. Trained in movie direction at Eicar Paris from 2002 to 2005, in movie production at Cefpf Paris in 2007 and in digital editing at AAFT in India in 2008. She directed her first short films in schools between 2003 and 2005 and then directed a first documentary in 2011: "The Congolese Woman Entrepreneur" as part of an associative event in Paris "Bakento AFAP" a women association . The need to blossom and develop quickly became felt as soon as she returned to Congo where the lack of a quality production structure pushed her to set up her production company, Ldyn Productions in 2011, based in Pointe-Noire. The company quickly set up a TV show, "Hidden Talents", which was produced from 2013 to 2015, a show that highlighted young Congolese with talent in culture, arts and sport, 30 episodes of which were aired on "Canal 2" a channel of the TNT bouquet in Congo, throughout 2016. As part of the Tozali filmmaker's (we are in Lingala) project organized by director Rufin Mbou Mikima and with the support of the French Institut, she directed a short film made in 2014 "The Right to Love", broadcasted on the national network on TV channels and at the French Institute in Brazzaville. In 2017, she worked with Christophe Pages, scriptwriter of the TV series "L'amour à 200 metres" (love at 200 meters) broadcasted in 2016 on France 2, the national French television, on the adaptation of this series in Congo Kinshasa, with the writing of the pilot and other adapted or original episodes in 2019. Other TV shows are awaiting productions, although already finished in writing since 2024, such as a "Trône" (Throne) a musical drama about a powerful music label in Kinshasa and finally "Hallyu" a TV show, in development, set in South Korea about a love story between a young black French woman and a Korean man against the backdrop of a South Korean wave.
