Vince comes from Western Pennsylvania. After finishing high school with a "D" average and feeling lost, he worked as a janitor for a few years. Wanting more from life but unsure what, he went to see Al Pacino and Jeffrey Tambor in "And Justice For All" at a movie theater. Watching their performances, he realized he wanted to act. He quit his janitor job and attended community college for a year, taking remedial classes to improve his grades. This effort paid off, allowing him to transfer to Penn State University, where he began landing character roles that would sustain his career.
Following Penn State, Vince was accepted into the Advanced Training Program at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, where he studied Shakespeare, Chekhov, Odets, and Shaw.
Continuing on stage, he earned his union card performing in Shakespeare’s "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" at the Westwood Playhouse, when a summer stock production moved from San Luis Obispo to Los Angeles. After that, he relocated to Chicago to pursue theater work and quickly secured a role in the long-running, open-ended production of Shear Madness. He stayed with it for about eight months before deciding to explore television and film.
Upon moving to Los Angeles, Vince landed his first Screen Actors Guild role on L.A. Law. Since then, he has worked steadily across stage, film, television, commercials, and animation. He considers himself fortunate to have collaborated with some of the finest actors and directors.
Memorable moments on set include sharing In-N-Out burgers with Johnny Cash during the filming of "Dr. Quinn," spending time with Larry David while working on his favorite show, "Seinfeld," and telling Jeffrey Tambor about his "And Justice For All" experience while shooting "Article 99" in Kansas City.
