Derik Young is an executive in both the Entertainment and Financial Technology industries. He co-founded PinkHouse Productions where he is a Producer and financier on the company’s first feature-film, Bound For Glory.
Beyond film, Young is a decorated private lending executive. He runs the Sales at Vontive, a leading FinTech company in the real estate space. Derik is ranked among the top private loan originators nationally by Scotsman Guide. He brings that same instinct for identifying opportunity and backing bold visions to the world of independent film. Bound for Glory marks his feature producing debut, and reflects his belief that the most compelling stories surround people who bet on themselves.
Derik was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and attended John Carroll University where he was a captain of the nationally ranked varsity basketball team.
