Fyodor Otsep was born on 9 February 1895 in Moscow, Russian Empire [now Russia]. He was a director and writer, known for The Adventures of the Three Reporters (1926), Amok (1934) and Les frères Karamazoff (1931). He was married to Anna Sten. He died on 20 June 1949 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
