Maureen Driscoll is an actor-writer who got her first TV acting role just before her 60th birthday. She developed her comedy skills as a writer for Jimmy Kimmel Live and MADtv, and is the author of more than two dozen books, all of them funny and most of them the kind of romance novels you'd be horrified to know your mother reads. She has been fortunate enough to work on various TV and commercial projects, but her favorite experience so far was doing background on The Tragedy of Macbeth because she got to spend her days in close proximity to Frances McDormand, which sounds creepy but isn't.
