Dana J. Atrach is a Palestinian screenwriter, director, and educator. She earned her MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA and is known for character-driven stories that blend comedy, world-building, and animation with themes of grief, loss, and resilience. Her short film Alterations marks her directorial debut, and she is also co-writing the satirical series Task Force! Apocalypse. Atrach is an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University in Qatar, where she mentors emerging storytellers.
