Daniel "Danny" Williams-Lopez is a Dominican-American actor and producer, born in Santo Domingo and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his screen career with a breakout role in Netflix's True Memoirs of an International Assassin, filmed in his native Dominican Republic. He has since appeared in acclaimed projects including Assassination Nation, Being Mary Jane, P-Valley, and the indie thriller Breakwater.
After meeting producer Tucker Tooley on the set of Den of Thieves, Danny moved to Los Angeles to join Tooley Entertainment, where he supported both physical production and creative development on films such as CBS Films' Hell Fest, Netflix's Concrete Cowboy, Hulu's The United States vs. Billie Holiday, and the upcoming Den of Thieves 2: Pantera. During his time at Tooley, he also helped shepherd the development of one of his own passion projects.
As a producer, Danny continues to champion bold, visionary storytelling. He helped produce Eddie Alcazar's The Vandal (Cannes Official Selection) and Divinity (Sundance), starring Maurice Compte and Bella Thorne-both executive produced by Steven Soderbergh.
In addition to his film and television work, Danny has enjoyed success in the commercial space, appearing in national campaigns for Ford, Burger King, Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, the NBA, the Atlanta Braves, The Weather Channel, and more.
