Dr. De Juan VaLentine MBA, PMC, DM, "VaLentine" is an American television personality, executive producer, showrunner, published author, organizational leadership scholar, and university educator. He is best known for appearing on TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise and is the founder of VaLentine Entertainment Inc., where he develops and produces original television and digital programming.
VaLentine is also the creator and host of From The Heart with Dr. VaLentine, a conversation series exploring relationships, identity, culture, and personal growth. In addition to his entertainment career, he holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and has served as a university educator and senior human resources executive.
His publicly indexed doctoral dissertation, Reducing Employee Resistance to Change Through Leadership Strategies: A Delphi Study, examines leadership strategies for reducing employee resistance during organizational growth and change.
