Baltimore native Noree Victoria is a writer, actor, and filmmaker fueled by curiosity and storytelling. She wrote her first book at age seven, won two national poetry competitions in middle school, and skipped her senior year of high school to start college at 16. Noree earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Creative Writing, Biology, and African Studies, along with a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
After teaching Biology in Baltimore’s public schools for a year and becoming the youngest financial analyst at a Fortune 500 company, Noree transitioned into the film industry to explore humanity through creativity. As a multi-talented creator, she won Best Actress at AMTC Shine and received a scholarship to study at the New York Conservatory for the Dramatic Arts. She continued training at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England, and when the pandemic slowed Los Angeles film and TV production, she earned a filmmaking certificate from the New York Film Academy. Noree has appeared in numerous award-winning film and TV projects and recently directed her first feature film, An Arrangement, written by Helen Shang (Lord of the Rings, Hannibal, 13 Reasons Why).
In 2023, Noree completed a Master Certificate in screenwriting, during which her debut television pilot, Neighborhood H, was optioned. She has also served two terms as the first Black female Vice-Chair of New Filmmakers Los Angeles, recognized as one of the top 25 film festivals worldwide.
In her treasured free time, Noree dedicates herself to family, social advocacy, fitness and wellness, roller skating, gardening, and outdoor adventures with a close-knit group of friends.
