Priyanka Samra is an American poet, screenwriter, and actress known for her work in independent film and television. Born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in Medford, Oregon, where theatre first sparked her interest in the performing arts, she developed an early passion for storytelling that led her to pursue both acting and writing for the screen.
Before writing for film, Samra wrote poetry, an influence that continues to shape her approach to storytelling. She draws on her background in poetry to craft dialogue that is emotionally layered, rhythmic, and reflective of authentic human experience.
