Jamie Rezanour is a multi-lingual actor of Persian and Mexican heritage, born and raised in Houston, TX. She caught the acting bug early when she was cast in the titular role of Cinderella in her 6th grade play, sparking a lifelong passion for the craft.
Jamie booked her first TV credit from her very first audition, landing a role opposite Tom Selleck in CBS's Blue Bloods, a part that grew into a recurring role across four episodes. She has since built an impressive roster of network credits, including The Equalizer (CBS) alongside Queen Latifah, Bull (CBS) opposite Michael Weatherly, and The Blacklist (NBC), directed by Andrew McCarthy. Most recently, she appeared in an episode of Matlock (CBS), directed by Jennifer Lynch, who embraced her warmly on set and said her work was "fabulous!".
A classically trained stage actress, Jamie holds an MFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University and has continued to study with master teachers including Bob Krakower, Lesly Kahn, and Sara Mornell.
When she's not in front of the camera or on stage, Jamie can be found at home with her nine cats, watching the latest binge-worthy TV show.
