George Bourdaniotis, originally from Australia, has been living in Japan since 1990 and now works as a translator, writer, narrator and interpreter based in Kobe. His translation specialties include video subtitles/scripts, tourism, business, and marketing. Since 2010 he has been working with NHK World-Japan as English script advisor on "Core Kyoto", "Train Cruise", "Samurai Castles", "J-Trip Plan", "Direct Talk", "Kansai Deeper" and various specials, such as "Aso Jinja" and "The Realities of Non-Profits after the Noto Earthquake".
