Monica Joy’s career highlights include earning an Emmy nomination for her production work with ABC/Disney (2000). She created and executive produced successful programs including WE TV’s Hair Trauma, Lifetime TV’s Intimate Portraits, Spike TV’s Ride, and ESPN’s Fast Lane, as well as a national commercial for Ford Motor Company (2003 - 2015). She is also a media entrepreneur who owns and syndicates her program catalog in over 15 countries. Monica is frequently featured as an on-air guest expert on programs such as Good Morning America, Discovery ID, TLC, and The Today Show (2020 - 2025).
Monica Joy has led multi-million dollar marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including Ford Motor Company, General Motors, BP Fuel, Greyhound, and Paramount Pictures (2005 - 2009). She is also the creator of the Homework Box, a product developed under her Moms Made Easy brand, which secured an exclusive deal with Home Shopping Network (HSN) 2009).
In (2026) Monica Joy consults as an advisor for production companies as a "Fixer" keeping them on time and on budget. She advises local, state, and federal elected officials on transparency, inclusion, and strategic outreach, working alongside respected community, county, and political organizations. In (2025), she led the legislative effort that passed the first-in-the-nation New York State Algorithmic Disclosure consumer protection bill as part of the Governor’s budget. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the 2023 White House Presidential Lifetime Volunteer Achievement Award.
Monica Joy resides in Westchester, NY with her two college-aged children.
