Noelia Irene Rodriguez was born on August 20th in the Pacific Northwest. She grew up in Oceanside, California before relocating with her family to Seattle. There, she attended the University of Washington, majoring in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences with a focus on Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior. She furthered her studies in fashion design, nurturing her passion for illustration, which led her to a career in makeup artistry. While Noelia occasionally appears on camera, she primarily works behind the scenes as a successful business owner, entrepreneur, professional makeup artist, talent manager, and former casting assistant. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California, where she continues to advance her diverse career pursuits.
