Richard Lee Jackson, born on May 29, 1979, in Redlands, California to Rick and Jeanine Jackson, launched his acting career at age 12 following a visit to Universal Studios in Hollywood. Relocating to Los Angeles at 13, he took on various TV and film roles, gaining notable attention for his appearance in the season 2 premiere of Ally McBeal (1997).
He is best recognized for portraying "Ryan Parker" on Saved by the Bell: The New Class (1993) and has guest-starred in numerous network and syndicated shows, including Boy Meets World (1993), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993), and Baywatch (1989).
In 2004, he appeared in Hope Ranch (2002) alongside Lorenzo Lamas and Bruce Boxleitner and starred in the Universal film Bring It On: Again (2004). His feature film debut was in the MGM movie Madison (2001), which starred Jim Caviezel.
Richard Lee has made several national and local TV appearances on programs such as Leeza, Regis and Kathy Lee, AM Northwest, and Good Day Oregon, and has been interviewed in internationally syndicated magazines like Movieline and Teen People. He and his brother, actor Jonathan Jackson, were also featured in People's "Sexiest Man Alive" issue.
In addition to acting, Richard is the drummer for the rock band Enation, with his brother Jonathan on lead vocals and guitar. As of 2005, they were touring the West Coast and releasing their debut album, "Identity Theft."
He married Raquel Torres on January 2, 2005, and resides in the Northwest when not working in Los Angeles.
