Ursula Pizarro is a Peruvian director and producer based in France. She studied at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV (EICTV) in Cuba and the Escola de Cinema de Barcelona (ECIB). Her work focuses on women, childhood, and social issues in fiction, documentary, and television. In 2019, she received the TAL Award for Best Educational Program in Latin America. She is the founder of Noumeno Cine.
