Dave Cawley is an investigative journalist and news producer from Utah who hosts Cold, a true crime podcast produced by Salt Lake City's KSL Podcasts, part of the Bonneville International-owned KSL Newtork which includes a newsradio station and its sister NBC TV affiliate. Cold's first season, which investigated the disappearance of Susan Powell, launched in November 2018, reaching No. 1 on Apple iTunes the day it premiered. As of 2021, the show had nearly 45 million downloads across 18 episodes and nine "bonus" episodes.
