Robin Arcuri is an American fashion model and actress known for her unwavering passion, whether in her acting, modeling, philanthropy, or personal presence.
Emerging as a teenage sensation from Huntington Beach, California, Robin approached every phase of her career with determination and passion. This fervor has fueled her achievements and is evident in her work. Throughout her career, Robin has modeled for top brands such as Maybelline, FUZZI, Joe Rocket, HJC, Marvel, Calvin Klein, Life Fitness, Flayva Fashions, Emanuel Ungaro, and appeared in magazines including Teen Vogue, Glamour, Orange Coast, Muscle & Fitness, Shape, Business Week, Cover Models, and Cosmopolitan, among others. Despite being told that her height of 5'6" was a disadvantage in the competitive world of fashion modeling, she used this as motivation to excel. Robin became a staple in fashion print, runway, editorial, catalog, swimwear, and fitness apparel. Her passion for cultural diversity led her to model internationally, walking runways in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, and Mexico. While working in Japan with MAD (Models Against Drugs), she also learned to speak Nihongo, the Japanese language.
During her time at CSUF film school, Robin met illusionist Shahrooz Mystere and assisted him with performances at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles and The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, California—a lively platform for the young model. Later, she caught the attention of television executives and made her TV debut in 1992 on Miracle Beach as Miss Germany. Her television credits include a guest spot with Rick Dees on Into the Night and a cameo in the third season of HBO's Entourage (episode titled "Adios, Amigos"). Robin’s versatile talents made her a sought-after face for commercials, appearing in ads for Mountain Dew, L'Oreal, Evian, Body Glove, Associates National Bank, Badger, and Budweiser. Her TV work paved the way for film roles, including parts in Ripple Effect (2007) and Frank & Ava (2018).
As she matured, Robin channeled her passion into advocacy. She has long been devoted to animal rights, having started rescuing animals at age seven. Robin founded and runs her own self-funded private animal rescue organization. She supports various causes and organizations, including ASAP, Blind Start Of America, Compassionate Care ALS, the Gavin R. Stevens Foundation, Toys For Tots Foundation, Mea Ola's Place, Cowboy 911, Half The Sky, and the Entertainment Industry Foundation for women with cancer. On April 26, 2011, she was honored by the city of Redondo Beach for her role in addressing the King Harbor fish die-off cleanup. Having faced real hardships and poverty in her youth, Robin often speaks of her philanthropic responsibility to help those less fortunate, a commitment that continues to inspire her pursuit of greater success.
