Biografia
Born in Toronto, Berg earned a BFA in Design and Art History from York University before obtaining a degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto, where he was honored with the Alpha Rho Chi Medal upon graduation. He collaborated with Santiago Calatrava, a future Pritzker Prize winner. In 1993, Berg relocated to Los Angeles and entered the film industry as an Art Director, designing several award-winning music videos for artists including Madonna, Nine Inch Nails, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Jewel, No Doubt, Mariah Carey, Ricky Martin, Lenny Kravitz, Toni Braxton, Slash, Dr. Dre, Green Day, and Dave Matthews Band. Starting in 2000, he transitioned to designing for television series, contributing to notable shows such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Modern Family, Gotham, Lethal Weapon, and American Gods. Berg has received two Art Director Guild Awards and earned two Prime Time Emmy nominations. He currently lives in both Los Angeles and Toronto, Canada.
