Biografia
Brett Hunt was born in Denver, Colorado, and, like most kids, spent his childhood playing and hanging out with friends. From an early age, it was clear he was destined for show business. At six, his grandmother enrolled him on a local TV show called "Blinkey's Fun Club," featuring the beloved local character Blinkey the Clown; Brett quickly became the star of the show. His passion for entertainment grew, leading him to lip-sync performances with friends for family and anyone who would watch, often putting on elaborate productions. At ten, Brett discovered magic at a local magic shop, where he spent every afternoon after school watching and learning. By thirteen, he was performing magic, and by fifteen, he was running his own paid magic shows. Throughout school, Brett took theater and music classes and secured roles in local school theater groups.
At eighteen, seeking broader experiences, Brett enlisted in the US Navy and was immediately deployed overseas to Japan. He served during the first Gulf War aboard the flagship USS Midway. While in Japan, he continued performing magic and participated in the local theater scene. In 1992, Brett embarked on his first World Magic Illusion Tour, performing in Hong Kong, Thailand, and Japan. After his military service, he expanded his skills by becoming a Firefighter/EMT with a local fire department. In 2001, Brett was called back to serve his country, completing two tours, including a deployment to the Middle East during the second Gulf War. As a veteran, he entertained fellow soldiers with stand-up comedy and performances to help ease their stress.
Following his final tour, Brett pursued a career as a police officer but eventually realized public service was not his true calling. In 2004, he began working at Microsoft and returned to school to study film production. Teaming up with his best friend Robert, he reignited his passion for entertainment by launching "The Popcorn Review" (TPR). The show quickly gained popularity, amassing a fan base of over 500,000 on MySpace alone, and expanded into a weekly radio program syndicated through four partners. In 2007, Brett, Robert, and their assistant Teresa relocated to Los Angeles to chase the Hollywood dream. Since then, Brett has worked as an actor and producer in L.A.
