Biografia
Since relocating to Los Angeles in October 2004, Wayne has been actively engaged in writing, directing, producing, and acting. He has trained at The Groundlings School, Upright Citizens Brigade, and the Harvey Lembeck Comedy Workshop. Fortunately, he frequently collaborates with actress Natalie Lipka. Together, they wrote, produced, and starred in the short film Team Apparition, centered on a group of dysfunctional ghost hunters. Their partnership continued with the Balancing Act podcast and a stint on Comedy Central's Kroll Show. Their collaboration persists with the Hollywood Close-up podcast, where they share their perspectives on the entertainment industry.
Originally from Needham, MA, Wayne performed his first talent show at age six, delivering comedy impersonations that entertained faculty and students at John F. Kennedy grade school. His entertainment path took a significant turn when his family moved to Nashville, TN. There, he earned an award for Best Actor for his lead role in William Shakespeare's Macbeth, demonstrating his serious acting abilities. Despite this, comedy remained his true passion, leading him to secure an agent and advance his career. After earning a degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University, Wayne found newscasting unappealing and shifted to stand-up comedy at Zanies Comedy Club. He also appeared in music videos for country artists such as Toby Keith, Garth Brooks, and Pam Tillis. His commercial credits include campaigns for Tumbleweeds, Western Sizzlin, Red Lobster, and Popeyes. Additionally, Wayne had the privilege of working on the film Changing Hearts alongside legendary actors Tom Skerritt, Faye Dunaway, and Lauren Holly.
