Fabiano has over 30 years of experience in the creation, production, and commercialization of TV and film content. Internationally recognized as one of the leading advocates for Brazilian audiovisual works, he has played a crucial role in exporting dozens of national productions to various countries. He was a pioneer in co-production initiatives with Europe and Asia and contributed to the creation of the "Cinema do Brasil" program, an export initiative supported by APEX, ANCINE, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), where he served on the Management Committee. With an entrepreneurial spirit and strong relationship skills, Fabiano has built his career around creative curation, innovative investments, and expanding the Brazilian audiovisual market.
Fabiano is a founding partner of Gullane, one of the largest and most influential audiovisual production companies in Brazil and a leading exporter of independent works. Established in 1996, Gullane's catalog includes over 55 feature films that have garnered recognition both nationally and internationally, as well as more than 50 TV series for broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms. Notable films include *Carandiru*, *Bicho de Sete Cabeças*, *O Ano em que Meus Pais Saíram de Férias*, the *Até que a Sorte nos Separe* franchise, *Que Horas Ela Volta?*, *Como Nossos Pais*, *Bingo - O Rei das Manhãs*, *Motel Destino*, and *Arca de Noé*. The company has also produced impactful documentaries that invite reflection on Brazilian culture, society, and identity, such as *A Última Floresta*, *Ex-Pajé*, *O Mundo em Duas Voltas*, and *Milton e o Clube da Esquina*.
