Heather is a BAFTA-nominated producer who manages a wide range of film and broadcast projects, overseeing everything from initial development and budget negotiations to production, post-production, delivery, and distribution.
After spending over a decade working with Leo Pearlman at Fulwell 73, Heather founded Keal Productions, securing a first-look deal with Fulwell.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, she has contributed to a variety of broadcast and theatrical projects, including THE CLASS OF 92, THE GUVNORS, I AM BOLT, SUNDERLAND TIL I DIE, HITSVILLE: THE MAKING OF MOTOWN, and BROS: AFTER THE SCREAMING STOPS. She frequently collaborates with Netflix, BBC, Universal Pictures, Altitude, and other major companies.
Recently, Heather produced BOUNDLESS, a Spanish-language film and series for Amazon Prime, starring Rodrigo Santoro (Westworld, Love Actually) and Álvaro Morte (Money Heist), in co-production with Elcano Films.
She is an alumnus of Inside Pictures 2021, a prestigious program selecting 20 participants to receive business growth support and industry training, recognized as the leading initiative for film executives across Europe. In 2023, Heather joined the development board of The National Youth Theatre.
