Biografia
Ariana Nicoletta Molkara was born on May 16, 2003, in Southern California. She developed a passion for the arts and entertainment at the age of five, participating in theatrical productions at local theaters and schools. Since then, she has taken on numerous leading roles, including Maria in West Side Story.
Her professional career began at seven, with work in commercials and several short films showcased at various film festivals, where she earned awards and recognition as best actress in her category. Ariana’s breakthrough in film and television occurred after a global search, landing her a supporting role in the feature film "Septembers of Shiraz," starring alongside Academy Award winner Adrien Brody and nominees Salma Hayek and Shohreh Aghdashloo. As of 2022, she stars as "Darby," a series regular on Nickelodeon's comedy series Warped. She has also been cast in three TV pilots: "Chad: An American Boy" for Fox, "The 46 Percenters" for ABC, and "The Untitled Kourtney Kang Project" for NBC. Her television credits include guest appearances on Nickelodeon's Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn; Disney's Andi Mack; CBS's Code Black; and ABC's Speechless.
Ariana is deeply passionate about music and pursues a career as a singer/songwriter. She has competed in numerous national singing contests, earning multiple platinum awards. Notably, she won first place in The American Protege National Competition, which granted her an honorary performance at New York’s Carnegie Hall. Since age 12, she has trained in classical and opera singing with The Royal Conservatory of Music, earning five national gold medals for the highest examination scores in the country. This achievement led to several invitations to perform at USC’s Newman Recital Hall. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ariana participated in BroadwayWorld’s Next On Stage High School competition, reaching the top 10 from over 700 contestants while performing Broadway covers judged by stars such as Jackie Burns, Arielle Jacobs, Kyle Parker, Brittney Johnson, and Derek Klena.
Beyond performing, Ariana uses her musical talents to give back. She has traveled to New York with her team to sing for children hospitalized at Montefiore Children's Hospital and has performed at various local hospitals, charity events, fundraisers, and convalescent homes over the years.
In addition to her artistic pursuits, Ariana is a dedicated student and values education greatly. She graduated from Riverside Poly High School in 2021 and committed to studying at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. An aspiring writer and published author, she submitted a reflection on COVID-19 during quarantine to Writopia Publishing Lab’s international writing competition. Her piece was selected for inclusion in the anthology "We Can Still Connect," now available on Amazon. Ariana believes that combining creativity and intelligence unlocks a world of possibilities.
