Cleveland Native Justin Harvey has worn many hats, often simultaneously, while building his career in the Arts and Entertainment industries. Once a popular voice in the local music scene, Justin studied audio engineering at Full Sail in Orlando, FL before relocating to Los Angeles, where he worked for several years at the world famous NRG Recording Services before opening up a studio of his own. A keen ear for talent coupled with his own love of music allowed Justin to perform with and cultivate up and coming bands and artists, eventually connecting him with film making and film production.
Justin started his reality career working audio for Pilgrim Films on shows like Dirty Jobs, American Hotrod, Only In America (with Larry The Cable Guy), The Ultimate Fighter, and more. But it wasn't long before he was tapped to start producing shows himself for Discovery Networks, OWN, History, Nat Geo, and Food Network. Decades later, Justin's resume reflects a busy and diversified list of accomplishments as producer, sound department head, and director of wildly popular reality-based programming such as Most Expensive (with 2Chainz), Food Paradise, Chef Wanted (with Anne Burrell), Best Bite Wins, Life of Fire (with Pat Martin), Little People Big World, Restaurant Rivals (with Robert Irvine and Jon Taffer), and Gear Dogs.
Additionally, Justin developed a scripted show with actor Ashton Kutcher, and directed the episode of Most Expensive featuring comedian Sarah Silverman (which accrued more than 7.4 million views on YouTube).
Justin Harvey received 4 Emmy nominations for his role as Supervising Producer on Fresh Fried and Crispy.
