Donna White was born in San Francisco and studied at UCLA and various trade schools. She received training from Fortune 500 companies, gaining extensive experience across multiple business areas including sales, marketing, and the arts. Passionate about the entertainment industry, she took dance classes and performed at numerous events as a young adult. Her involvement spans several TV projects, films, music videos, and she also worked as a puppeteer for a traveling evangelist, entertaining and educating children through puppet shows.
With over 14 years in the entertainment industry, Donna operates her management company, WCDI Marketing Network. In September 2009, she founded Unique Films United Productions, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada. She served as Executive Producer on a feature film trailer, "The Legend of the Stolen Guitar," and was Executive Producer/Producer for "Alien Files 3," filmed in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Additionally, she Executive Produced the TV talk show "The Miranda Hour," as well as various TV and film distribution projects and a music video for Reo in Las Vegas.
Between 1998 and 2009, Donna managed and booked actors, singers, and musicians for TV, films, and events across the US, China, Japan, Argentina, and the Canines Music Festival in France. She returned to Argentina to establish partnerships with production companies for future co-productions, as Argentina has recently opened opportunities for US companies to collaborate on projects that meet their criteria. Donna aims to be the first US company to produce a co-production there.
As founder of Unique Films United Productions Inc. and WCDI Marketing Network, Donna has marketed, packaged, and represented talent including actors, singers, and music groups. She appointed Terry Hester of Seven Stars Entertainment Group as a Board Director; Terry operates a UFUP satellite office in Houston, Texas, assists in securing investors, and acts as an executive producer for independent film distribution.
Now based in Fallbrook, California, Donna has opened an office at Spectrum Video, a full-service facility featuring state-of-the-art screening rooms, green screen, and conference spaces. She also maintains a second location in Los Angeles, across from the Nokia Center, used for private screenings, meetings, and special events. Her goal as an independent film producer is to create commercially viable films. To achieve this, Unique Films Inc. has developed a multicultural network spanning Asia, London, South America, Latin America, and Africa, aiming to produce quality independent films and co-productions worldwide while minimizing costs that typically hinder profitability.
The company is positioned in the independent film market to produce content that appeals to both domestic and international audiences. Donna currently has several independent film projects in development or awaiting financing, with one project under contract for distribution and others pending. Her team includes industry professionals such as ten-time Grammy Award-winning producer Kenny O'Brien, special effects and graphic designer Kenneth Ussenko, and other seasoned producers, writers, and experts in all facets of independent filmmaking. She maintains working relationships and affiliations with studios, distributors, and independent production companies.
Prior to establishing Unique Films United Productions, Inc., Donna spent over 14 years managing talent and representing screenwriters through WCDI Marketing Network (World Connect Direct International). Over the years, she has owned and operated various businesses, including an advertising magazine called The TV Spot Light, a salon and gift shop, The Classic Lounge and Restaurant in Northern California, Global Funding Network (a consulting firm), WCDI Marketing Network, and Unique Films United Productions, Inc. in Southern California.
