Emmy-nominated international tap star and choreographer Chloé Arnold was discovered at a young age in Washington, DC by the legendary Debbie Allen. A leading figure in tap, Chloé has performed worldwide, with her choreography featured on popular TV shows like So You Think You Can Dance, Good Morning America, The Ellen Show, The Talk, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and in national commercials for Special K, Macy's, GAP, and Cantu. She earned her first Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Choreography" in 2018 for Crosswalk The Musical on Broadway, starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, and Zendaya, showcased on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Chloé’s all-female tap band, Syncopated Ladies, is renowned for viral videos amassing over 50 million views, including tributes to Prince and a cover of Beyoncé’s "Formation," which Beyoncé shared across her social media platforms before hiring Chloé and the group to perform at her Ivy Park activewear launch at TopShop, London. Chloé and her company have also performed live on ABC’s Good Morning America, The Ellen Show with Pharrell Williams and N.E.R.D., and have held sold-out concerts in Los Angeles, Dubai, New York City, and Washington, DC, earning glowing reviews from The New York Times and others.
An entrepreneur with a degree from Columbia University, Chloé co-founded Chloé and Maud Productions and the DC Tap Festival with her sister, and co-produced the award-winning documentary Tap World alongside Hollywood Executive Producer Dean Hargrove.
Additional career highlights include winning So You Think You Can Dance: Battle of the Crews (season 11), appearing on HBO's The Comeback, a recurring role as an Onyx Girl on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, guest performances on America’s Got Talent and Dancing With The Stars, a sold-out New York run of her one-woman show My Life. My Diary. My Dance. at La MaMa, the Global Fusion Concert in Dubai, Jacob’s Pillow Dance, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Easter Bonnet at The Minskoff Theatre, and numerous musical productions with Debbie Allen, including a star-studded gala hosted by Diddy at the Howard Theatre in Washington, DC.
