Williams' charisma captured Hollywood's attention at just five years old, landing his first national commercial for Little Caesars Pizza. Soon after, he appeared in commercials for Gushers, Xbox 360, Best Buy, and a Kmart spot with Kirk Franklin, attracting interest from major representatives. In 1994, Williams made his feature film debut in Beverly Hills Cop III alongside Eddie Murphy, followed by a role in Corrina, Corrina, where he improvised an entire scene. His chemistry with Whoopi Goldberg caught the eye of UTA agent Brandt Joel. Shortly after the film's release, Williams signed a Talent Holding Contract with New Line Cinema and secured a series regular role on The Parent Hood, starring Robert Townsend.
Williams' talent and momentum earned him recognition, including the Best Young Actor Award in 1996 and 1997. He was featured in Jet Magazine as one of the top child actors, received a symbolic key to the city of Pasadena, and signed a lucrative deal with Reebok. A favorite guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Williams appeared over a dozen times, starring in many segments. In one memorable segment, Leno gifted him his first Go-Kart and created a winter wonderland in the parking lot so Williams could experience snow for the first time.
Williams also ventured into voice-over work with the popular 90s cartoon The Wild Thornberrys. Nickelodeon flew Williams and his family to Orlando, Florida, where he served as a guest judge on the hit 90s game show "Slime," with his younger brother Christopher making a cameo in the same episode. His career continued to thrive with a role in Garry Marshall's Dear God (1996) alongside Greg Kinnear, and a leading role as Cameron in Durango Kids, directed by Ashton Root, featuring Larry Drake, Austin Nichols, Sara Paxton, and Christina Milian.
Williams went on to appear in numerous television shows, including the 90s hits Moesha with Brandy Norwood, Malcolm in the Middle starring Frankie Muniz, and That's So Raven featuring Raven-Symoné. He remains active in the entertainment industry today and currently works with NBCUniversal.
