Tommy Oliver is an Emmy and Sundance Film Festival-winning American film producer, director, writer, cinematographer, photographer, financier, entrepreneur, and the CEO and Founder of Confluential Films. He directed, produced, filmed, and edited AFI Film Festival audience award winner Juice Wrld: Into The Abyss, 40 Years a Prisoner, and 1982. He also produced four films featured at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, including Young. Wild. Free., Fancy Dance, To Live and Die and Live (EP), as well as the Grand Jury Prize winner Going to Mars: The Nikki Giovanni Project. His producing credits include The Perfect Find, The Perfect Guy, the Sundance and AFI Film Festival audience award winner Kinyarwanda, and he co-created and Executive Produced the documentary series Black Love.
Tommy is a member of AMPAS, DGA, PGA, WGA, and the Television Academy. He serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Film Society, The Dean's Council at Carnegie Mellon University, and the Producer's Guild.
