Scott Winant, a two-time Emmy Award-winning director and producer, launched his career with the critically acclaimed TV series thirtysomething. He went on to create, executive produce, and direct notable series such as My So-Called Life, Earth 2, Cupid, Dead Like Me, Carnivàle, Huff, Californication, Men of a Certain Age, Save Me, and more recently, Good Girls Revolt for Amazon, Sacred Lies for Facebook Watch, and the Renée Zellweger limited series The Thing About Pam for NBC. With over 100 hours of television directing experience, he has significantly contributed to acclaimed shows including Breaking Bad, True Blood, Fargo, The West Wing, The Shield, The Affair, Gypsy, Better Call Saul, and Yellowjackets. His film credits feature directing the Paramount feature 'Til There Was You, starring Jeanne Tripplehorn and Sarah Jessica Parker, and producing the cult horror film The Initiation. His accolades include nine Emmy nominations, a Golden Globe win, a Peabody Award, two DGA nominations, the New York Film Festival Best Director award, and a People's Choice Award. Scott is an alumnus of both UCLA and USC schools of cinema.
