Keota D. Picou Dudley, known professionally as Keota Stone, is an award-winning actress, dancer, singer, and creative producer from Louisiana. Her work bridges film, music, and movement, defined by her gothic and celestial storytelling style.
From 2018 to 2023, Keota served as a board member and later Interim President of Women in Film and Television-Louisiana, where she championed women's advancement in media and led initiatives to expand opportunities for Southern filmmakers.
In 2021, she joined the casts of two television projects - the dramatic thriller Amoral and the supernatural series Ombre Ma Fi - marking her expansion into serialized storytelling.
KeOta stars in the supernatural thriller Croix: The Prequel - Kiss the Ring, which earned the Best Ensemble Award at the Vegas Movie Awards and was officially selected in the Catalogue of Top International Titles 2025 at the Rome International Audiovisual Market. The film also appeared in the Hollywood Arthouse Yearbook 2025. She also appears in Seasoning of the Soul, written and directed by multi-award-winning filmmaker Charli Brown, recognized for Best Indie Filmmaker and Best Original Screenplay.
Previously, KeOta earned acclaim for her performances in Ripe Figs and Dr. Chevalier's Lie (adaptations of Kate Chopin's work), premiering at the New Orleans Film Festival and Vero Beach Wine + Film Festival. Her performance in Ripe Figs earned her the Award of Merit from the Southern Shorts Awards for Achievement in Acting.
As a recording artist, KeOta released her debut single "Charms" in 2021, engineered and co-produced by Craig "Perk504" Perkins. The song will be featured on her upcoming EP, blending alternative, gothic, and spiritual influences.
Beyond film and music, KeOta is the founder of ShadowBody, a gothic dance and wellness brand blending sensual movement, strength, and spirituality.
