Biografia
Lindsay is a professional actor, improviser, director, keynote speaker, facilitator, and trainer, and an alumnus of the renowned sketch comedy theatre The Second City in Toronto, Canada.
Her film credits include Christmas Inheritance, Ginger Snaps, Tommy Boy, The Prizewinner of Defiance Ohio, Great Great Great, Three to Tango, The Wrong Guy, Brain Candy, and Mr. Headmistress. Her television appearances include Bomb Girls, American Gothic, Carter, and Entertaining Christmas.
Lindsay trained as an actor at The National Theatre School of Canada and Studio 58 at Langara College. She has performed in numerous roles across stage, film, television, animation, radio, and TV commercials.
Combining her experience as an actor, improviser, and professional speaker, Lindsay offers PitchCraft Presentation Coaching and Training for business speakers.
Together with her partner Lee Smart, they operate SmartLeese Creative Inc., delivering keynote sessions and workshops in Applied Improvisation—applying improvisational skills in work and life—alongside creative services such as writing and performing for corporate events.
In 1996, Lindsay founded The Tim Sims Encouragement Fund, a charitable organization managed by the Ontario Arts Foundation, which has awarded an annual cash prize to support emerging comedic performers since its inception.
