Biografia
Brett began his acting career in local youth theater productions, portraying Linus in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, as well as roles in The Wizard of Oz, The Emperor's New Clothes, and Fiddler on the Roof. He has also appeared in numerous commercials for Disney World, Ocean Spray, General Mills, an award-winning Major's Department Stores ad, Campbell's, The New York Post, Papa Gino's, hosted the 2004 Nomar Garciaparra "Nomar Bowl," and featured in a PSA for Project Liberty in NYC directed by Bob Balaban.
Most recently, Brett appeared alongside Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore in the feature film Fever Pitch, directed by the Farrelly Brothers. He played the character Ryan and delivered one of the movie’s memorable lines when he asks his teacher Ben Wrightman (Jimmy Fallon), "You love the Sox, but have they ever loved you back?"
On ABC's sitcom Hope and Faith, starring Kelly Ripa, Faith Ford, and Ted McGinley, Brett had a recurring role as Edwin, Haley's (Macey Cruthird) "study partner" and the younger brother of Henry (Stark Sands). His other television credits include The Denis Leary Merry Christmas special on Comedy Central, a spoof commercial role with Amy Poehler on Saturday Night Live, and a guest appearance on the 2006 Fox drama pilot Damages.
Though acting is his primary passion, Brett also plays baseball for a select travel team and is a devoted Red Sox fan. Beyond baseball, he enjoys all sports, especially basketball and football. An honors student, Brett spends his free time drawing, reading, and playing video games with friends. He has one older brother and one older sister.
