Tyler Gallant is an American actor and former professional ice hockey player. Born in Boston, MA, he has Indigenous American/Canadian and European heritage. Although his first passion was acting, Tyler was also active in various sports from an early age. At 12, he began to excel in ice hockey, competing for several select teams. He played college hockey at St. Norbert College and Arizona State University, where he also pursued studies in acting and journalism. After college, Gallant played professionally for four years.
His love for acting and film began at age seven, making home movies with friends and cousins. College offered him a valuable chance to deepen his knowledge of acting and film through courses in acting, theatre, film studies, and film critique.
To date, Tyler Gallant has appeared in a broad range of media, including film, television, radio, web series, commercials, promotions, and modeling. Since moving to Los Angeles, he has trained extensively with some of the city’s top coaches. Gallant’s passion for film, combined with his sports background, has shaped him into a versatile, hardworking, loyal, competitive, and honest team player. He brings these qualities—along with strong focus and work ethic—to every project he undertakes.
