Tiara Parker-Ragland is an actress, entrepreneur, and producer with over ten years of experience creating short films and reality TV series. As cofounder and Executive Producer of Ragland Reign, a production company specializing in branded content, film, and television, her work has been featured on Amazon Prime, Roku, YouTube, and various film festivals.
Recently, Tiara produced a 10-episode Marketing and Distribution course for MediaU, an online career accelerator for content creators and entertainment professionals. Over the past three years, she has also produced several creative reality shows, including CoCoCozy Design House, a home furnishings design series acquired by Amazon Prime, and Find & Design, a DIY home interior series now streaming on Tubi. Earlier in her career, she co-founded HustleCake, a music video production company where she produced videos for pop singer Katelyn Jae Brown, social media influencer Jacob Sartorius, and R&B artist Natalie Imani, among others.
Tiara began her production career with the festival-acclaimed horror short film Unknown, which evolved from a passion project into a widely embraced film festival favorite. As both a film and television actress, she has appeared in movies such as Drive, Crazy Stupid Love, and Alvin and the Chipmunks, and on television in shows including How I Met Your Mother, CSI NY, Desperate Housewives, and several other guest roles.
Originally from New Jersey, Tiara graduated from Washburn University before relocating to Los Angeles. With her exceptional talent and business savvy, she continues to take charge of her path in the television and entertainment industries.
